Terms of Service

Welcome

Welcome to Zombie Trend (zombietrend.net). By creating an account or using the site, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use Zombie Trend.

What Zombie Trend Does

Zombie Trend is an AI video generator. You upload two photos, pick a story, and our AI creates a short cinematic zombie trend video featuring the people or pet in your photos. Results are generated by AI and will vary from one generation to the next.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use Zombie Trend.

Your Account

• Accurate info: Please give us a real email address so we can reach you about your account and purchases.
• Security: Keep your sign-in details safe. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• Problems: If you notice anything unusual, contact us right away.

Your Photos and Permission

Every video starts with real photos, so this part matters most. By uploading a photo, you confirm that:

• It is a photo of you, of someone who has given you permission to use their likeness, or of your own pet.
• You have the right to use the photo and it does not infringe anyone's copyright, privacy or publicity rights.
• It does not show a child or anyone under 18.
• It does not show a celebrity, politician or other public figure.

You are fully responsible for the photos you upload. We may remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules.

Content Rules

Do not use Zombie Trend to:

• Create sexual, nude, hateful, harassing or extremely violent content.
• Create videos of anyone without their consent, or to bully, threaten or humiliate a real person.
• Make deepfakes intended to deceive, defraud or spread false information, or present AI videos as real footage of real events.
• Impersonate others or infringe anyone's intellectual property or other rights.
• Break any law, or try to hack, overload, scrape or reverse engineer the service.

Ownership and Use of Videos

• Your videos: Subject to these terms and the licenses of the underlying AI models, you may use the videos you generate for personal use and to post on social media such as TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.
• Your license to us: You give us permission to store and process your photos and videos only as needed to run the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
• Our stuff: The Zombie Trend website, brand, code, design, built-in stories and prompts belong to us.
• Be transparent: When you share a video, please don't claim it is real footage. Follow each platform's rules for labeling AI-generated content.

AI Results

AI video generation is unpredictable. Faces may not match perfectly, and details may look different from what you expected. Photo quality has a big impact on results. We don't guarantee any specific outcome.

Credits and Payments

• Credits: Each video costs credits. The exact amount is shown on the generate button before you start. If a generation fails, the credits used for it are automatically returned to your account.
• One-time packs: Credits are sold as one-time packs. There is no subscription and nothing renews automatically.
• Expiration: Credits are valid for 12 months from the purchase date. Unused credits expire after that.
• No cash value: Credits have no cash value, can't be transferred and can't be exchanged for money, except as described in our Refund Policy.
• Prices: Prices may change. Changes won't affect purchases you've already made.
• Refunds: See our Refund Policy.

Third-Party Services

Videos are generated with third-party AI models, and payments are handled by third-party payment processors. Your use of those parts of the service may also be subject to their terms.

Zombie Trend is an independent tool. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by TikTok, ByteDance, CapCut, Instagram, YouTube or any other platform mentioned on this site.

Termination

You can stop using Zombie Trend and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, misuse the service or commit payment fraud.

Disclaimer

Zombie Trend is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We don't promise the service will always be available, error-free or meet your expectations.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Zombie Trend is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for content you create or share. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll post the new version on this page and update the date above. If you keep using Zombie Trend after changes, you accept the new terms.
