Introduction

Welcome to Zombie Trend (zombietrend.net). Zombie Trend is an AI video generator that turns two photos into a short zombie trend video. Because you upload real photos of yourself, people you know and your pets, we want to be clear about what we collect, why we collect it and what we never do with it.

This policy applies to the Zombie Trend website and all generation features on it.

Information We Collect

   • What: The two photos you add to the generator (the survivor and the person or pet who turns).
   • Why: Only to generate the video you requested.

2. Generated Videos

   • What: The zombie trend videos created from your photos, plus the story, aspect ratio and resolution you picked.
   • Why: So you can preview, download and find them again in your account.

3. Account Information

   • What: Your name, email address and sign-in details (including details from Google sign-in, if you use it).
   • Why: To create your account, keep your credits and videos tied to you, and reply to support requests.

   • Why: To keep the service secure, fix bugs and understand what to improve.

6. Cookies

How We Use Your Photos

Your photos are the most sensitive thing you give us, so here are our specific commitments:

• Photos are used only to generate your video. They are never shown as public examples or in our marketing.
• We do not sell your photos or videos, and we do not use them to train our own AI models.
• We do not create facial recognition templates or biometric profiles from your photos.
• To generate a video, your photos and the story prompt are sent to our third-party AI video model provider, which processes them on our behalf to return the result.

Data Storage and Retention

Your photos and generated videos are stored with encrypted connections and access controls on cloud infrastructure. We keep them while your account is active so you can access your video history. You can ask us to delete specific videos, your uploaded photos or your entire account at any time by emailing us, and we will do so within 30 days, except where we must keep certain records (such as payment records) to meet legal or tax obligations.

No online service is 100% secure, but we work hard to keep your information safe.

Information Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We only share it with:

• AI model providers that generate your video from your photos.
• Payment processors that handle checkout and billing.
• Hosting, storage, email and analytics providers that help us run the site.
• Authorities, when required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users or of Zombie Trend.

These providers may only use your information to provide their services to us.

Children's Privacy

Zombie Trend is not intended for anyone under 18. Do not upload photos of children. If we learn that we have collected information from a child or photos of a child, we will delete it.

Your Rights

Depending on where you live (for example, under the GDPR in the EU/UK or the CCPA in California), you may have the right to access, correct, download or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To make a request, email us from the address on your account. We will not treat you differently for exercising these rights.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version on this page and update the date above. Significant changes will be announced on the website.
